In the USA (in PA) when I mailed it out it was 11PM :)

Also EXACT PROOF is when the seller has the proof of MILEY or anything signinig the EXACT photo to prove that it's authentic.

Its heart-Breaking when you realise you signature is a PP then its even more so when its a complete forge altogether

I meant to say Known Examples of forgers of miley like pics on the internet of signatures that r fake
