Not necessarily a secretarial (Just because she doesn't sign often TTM/VV now doesn't mean she didn't when she was rising in popularity. Like most stars, they do in the beginning when they aren't as popular but get bombarded when they are more famous: side note; it always feels good when you admire some and receive their autograph and then they make it big, you're like, "Yeah, I predicted it." Haha! Enough of my hipster ways...

...I sent Demi back when she first toured with the Jonas Brothers and Camp Rock came out. This is what I got back via-concert:

She used to sign her name with a large D and scrible the rest of her name with a quick heart over the I. But in later years, she began to start signing her full name and more legibly. :)

I got these TTM a couple years ago through a fan mail Texas address (Authenticity opinions/thoughts are welcomed on the links I provided).

I'm not sure if mine are authentic but I think the concert one could be, as she used to sign that way...very rushed. And yours looks like mine and other IP's back from 2008 when she was beginning to get popular. So I say authentic. Congrats! :) I hope this info helped. :D
