Purchased these on eBay. They look pretty different from the typical autopen signatures. Biden I'm 99% sure is real due to the amount written. Stevens and Goldwater's signatures look very different from their Autopen. Stevens' autopen that I found only said Ted. All of the signatures appear to be ink separate from the photo. The seller informed me that over 50 autographs were bought at an estate sale. Clearly the guy was a pretty serious collector, so I'm happy to add these to my collection.
