Sent LOR, SASE and two A4 photos to his private address on 29th March 2013.
Recieved both photos back signed on 8th April 2013.
I asked him if he could personalise them as I am giving the other one to a friend but unfortunately he didn't.
If you hunt around on Google you will find his home address.
