The seller only 'promises' that it will pass PSA or whatever. If he is so comfortable with that then why doesn't he just get it certed then sell it?

I'm planning on getting this autograph from an ebayer who says that it is guaranteed to pass the PSA/DNA authentication process. I haven't used PSA/DNA before, and I'm not sure how reliable third-party authenticators are. But I am curious to know what you guys think of this autograph. Is it real?
