yes, it was a while ago, it seems to me, like she is 'most generous' with fanmail via venue as I hear all the time that she returns numerous signed pictures when people contact her when she is doing plays etc. I dont know whether i was just very lucky or if she will start to sign more but i hope you get yours back soon!
Like i say, if she does sign up for a play on broadway or something, i would try her there ASAP, as she is very kind when mail reaches her directly.
