Printed COAS like that unless come from a very reputable known dealer (never heard of this company) is a huge huge huge red flag. Especially since IMO if they have an autograph of someone who recently passed away you'd think they would spend the money to get it PSA authenticated. But, they didn't. IMO that says a lot too. I'd stay away from it.
