I had a recent Mrs. Novak success as well. However, when I have tried the address listed here on this site...I got the same as you. I believe these may be secretarial. With a little research and several tries, finally success. It did take a while. The address that I used is considered "private" however, if I can find it anyone can. She signed 2 photos for me that I sent. The sigs are different than the small photos signed in silver. She is currently out of the country also. She updates and posts on FB pretty regularly. This is the article that started my investigating a better address for her. Hope it helps and sending you much luck!

Sent her 2 small photos back in December. Got her back last week with neither of my photos in envelope. There was 1 small photo signed in silver paint pen. Not sure if it's authentic, or autopen.
