Yes she was, I remember watching her in the many original Doctor Who episodes.

You could take into account that I personally wouldn't imagine that many people out there who would think it was worthwhile to forge her autograph either, of course it's something everyone has to be wary of, but I think you're safe with these two and can happily say they are authentic.
