Recently send some pictures to Jeremy Clarkson and got them back signed today.
I included 3 IRCs, but they were not used and were returned to me.
The silver splodge was something on my scanner that I failed to notice!
They were sent to his personal address, however there is the return address for his PA on the envelope, so it may be worth sending attempts there.
Rather unfortunately the label was stuck over the "DO NOT BEND" which I wrote on it, and so the postman bent it in half to fit it in my letterbox, so I've stuck them under a bunch of music dictionaries to straighten them!
