Maybe the seller is no longer selling, maybe it was a company, have you looked up the name given?

The smell you mention sounds like its old so perhaps its just old and acquired by a collector, looking again the date is 2001 so likely just an old seller.

GENUINE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY??

by SnapShots2015 » Fri Sep 11, 2015 8:13 am

I've never seen a certificate of authenticity, so when I purchased a signed index card by Elizabeth Taylor for £24.99 off Ebay and it arrived accompanied by this, I wasn't sure what to make of it.
I've searched the net for Apple-Bee Entertainment and the only results that come close is a restaurant chain in America.
Can anyone advise me please on what this document is? Does it have any validity? Is it a fake?
Many thanks in advance.
PS The document has a very musky odour to it...
