I wrote a really big post written out but had some trouble with the camera which died and eventually had to take the majority of these pictures on a tablet. So by the time I clicked submit it had been so long that I was logged out *sigh*.
I received this through the mail from Loretta Lynn and well I don't believe that it's real.
It can't be a preprint I send these in, but I don't know if it's an autopen or if the secretary did it. I do want to believe that they are real but fat chance.
Then this is what came when ordering from the ranch. A pre print I'm sure but it looks nothing like what I have (either one of them) or any of the ones sold by Loretta Lynn Official on amazon as hand signed. They come from her ranch apparently so if those aren't real that would be pretty shameful for those prices..
Then my friend bought me this for my birthday, on ebay and "doesn't remember" anything about it, such as how much it cost. Her husband insists it's fake because it's signed sideways and the real ones I've shown him are signed straight across but the pre print is also slanted and I'd assume that the pre print at least has her signature on it. I have seen quite a few that weren't but I have no idea what is real at this point.
The only thing I'm sure is real as far as it's her writing is this:
And as you can see, it's from the 1960's which doesn't help so much.
Anyone have a pre print or in person to compare? Or a more recent legal document? Just something else to compare because somehow they are all starting to look nothing alike to me. Any thoughts?
