All I know is there is the fan club which I was a part of for one year and you get a shirt, welcome letter from Amy, your membership card, and a color 8x10 photo of her. I hung out after the show with my husband and I got her autograph that way. You can also try via venue when she's on tour. I'm not sure if she signs through the mail though.
