Has anyone written to them at the address for Philymack Inc listed here on Fanmail?

I wrote to Nick at the old address for Philymack in Beverly Hills back in September, but I got it back RTS - it'd been refused.

Does anyone know if Philymack refuses all fanmail? I wanted to send the new book to try to get it signed for my autographed book collection, and I didn't want to risk loosing it by sending it to one of their venues.
