Hi i might be able to help out here.

I have sent to the Acer Arena quite a few times and have only ever recieved 1 success back.

They have emailed me telling me they pass on fanmail but from what i have seen they are pretty bad at it.

My advice find another venue and send there.

I'm not sure if they do but I have written to a few people at that venue and haven't received anything back {down}
Maybe they pass on fanmail to the artist management and they don't pass it on or the arena may not even bother.
I haven't received a return to sender so I'm not sure. All I know is that I haven't been lucky at that venue :cry:
