Josh has been good about signing the last few years, but it has been strictly during the off-season. I am not saying you have to wait until the season is over to send, but you are not likely to get anything returned until baseball ends in October. (he has been great about getting things back to people in the past) So in short, if you sent to the Texas Rangers addy, there is a good chance you will get it back, but it won't be until the season is over, assuming his signing habits don't change.
