They did send it too me (The Netherlands) so I'am sure they will send too Germany as well. I did not even include a SASE. I got my succes last week but I already send my letter in december. There is always a change it might get lost in the mail. But I think you might get it very soon.

I have seen people from Germany getting successes so don't worry, they do answer German requests as well ;)
