Ik verzamel al jaren handtekeningen. In het begin van de jaren negentig voegde ik nooit een SASE of foto toe en kreeg ik toch antwoord van meer dan de helft van de filmsterren. Enkele jaren geleden pakte ik deze hobby weer op, erg verslavend overigens, net als elke andere verzamelhobby. Thans bestel ik postzegels bij de Amerikaanse post (www.usps.com), bestelling kan voor buitenlanders alleen telefonisch met de creditcard (volkomen veilig). Voor een normale grote C4-enveloppe met foto (20x25cm) en kartonnetje moet ongeveer $3 worden voldaan. Echter, ik plak altijd minder ($1,75 of zo), mijn ervaring is dat deze enveloppen toch wel terugkomen (soms plakken de filmsterren zelf bij). Ik heb thans een verzameling opgebouwd van bijna 500 handtekeningen, veel success!!!

Dat hangt echt af van het gewicht, de grootte, enz. Het beste is om de prijs te berekenen via de website van de USPS. Als je me wat meer gegevens geeft ivm gewicht en grootte, dan kan ik het ook voor je doen ;).

You can buy IRCs in Belgium :). I do it sometimes. Maybe not every postoffice sells them, but most of them do, just ask at your local 'postkantoor' ;). It's €2.00 for one IRC.

Ow... We don't have that in our country, so you can't expact an answer right?

The short answer is yes.

Many celebrities will respond to requests from another country, just be sure that you cover the postage. There are ways to do that by purchasing stamps to include on your SASE from the county that you hope to get a response from. Buy IRC's at your local post office or (generally not recommended even tho' I do it ) send cash for the celebrity or their assistant to buy the necessary return postage.

Heey I live in Europe ( Belgium) and I was wondering if the celebreties will send you back if you live in an other country...
