Sent an 8x10, LOR and SASE to Mel Brooks a little over a month ago, if not longer and received back a preprint from him today, along with my original photo. Was disappointed because I had seen a few successes here as of late, so I figured I would give it a try. He is one of my favorite directors and has done some classic films. Would have liked a success, but oh well....what can you do?
