I wrote him a personal LOR, included a SASE and a photo. It's been almost a year, and while I didn't get a RTS, I haven't heard anything, so I'm going to go ahead and stop holding my breath on this one. I'm disappointed, but not surprised. I sent out a batch of five, and got four back including Jimmy Carter, so I guess I can't be too upset.
