Just try again and we will see what happens. I think the best way to handle fanmail is as Mr Rickman or Phil Collins do. They try to sign as much as possible, but when they are too busy, they send explanation letters to their fans! Really awesome!!
Phil and Mr Rickman respect for fans. I undersned that actors can be busy but the worst for fans is send out pre-prints, autopen or secretarial. I have respect to persons just like Phil, Mr. Rickman or Hellen Mirren (she have pre-signed), because they have respect for fans.
You seem to know very little about collecting. Many people who are with SFM also sign for fans TTM as well if you send them something to sign - some do not (like for instance Courtney Cox) but Tim Allen I have seen MANY MANY genuine items signed by him TTM including my own one a few months back.
Please do not comment OR give advice on things you know nothing about.
