I personally will never again send any items to a celebrity through the William Morris Endeavor. I tried that with several DVD covers I was hoping to have signed by actor Kevin Costner. After fourteen months of hearing nothing I took a chance and called the telephone number listed for the William Morris endeavor. I have never spoken with such rude, duplicitous, arrogant people. I guess that in some twisted, perverse way that's their job. But if it is, it backfired, because dealing with them certainly lowered my opinion of actor Kevin Costner.
