Like Lucas said, Jake hasn't sign TTM in ages if ever!!! I'm afraid if you try those addresses you will most likely not receive anything back!! But if you do try and get a response, please post it on the feedback section. Best bet to get his autograph is try him via venue or to meet him in person!!
