You need to have patience. Their is no way of knowing how long it will take to get a reply, successful or otherwise. Depending on how will known and how popular a celebrity is, they could get a lot of fanmail, and it could therefore take a long time to go through it all, if they even choose to go through it. Also, a celebrity could be busy, and not have time to go through it right away. That is why patience is very key when it comes to collecting autographs through the mail.
