He paid for the airfare to ship it to the USA as well.
I have heard he only does TTM for free if they are for charity events, but I have no evidence to back this up. I am just certain I read it somewhere

I mailed him a request years ago and I never heard back.
I guess you have to pay to get his autograph ttm... :roll:
