Haven't tried the address you mentioned, but this one: c/o Alive Enterprises, 3264 S Kihei Road, Kihei, Maui, HI 96753
However, the signed photos were sent back from this address: PO Box 1481, Phoenix, AZ 85001 (it was written on the envelope).
Sent Alice 3 photos (see the last 3 ones when you click on the link
) and he was so kind to signed them. Got the photos back after four months (3/20/2011 - 7/27/2011).
