Punk Rocker...

by plummerfan16 » Mon Oct 29, 2012 3:13 am

I've been stationed in England for 2 years, and I'm determined to get autographs from, and meet if possible, as many of the original influential punks as possible. So far I've met Charlie Harper and Jet of the UK Subs, all of Cretin 77 and Firstwave, and I saw John Lydon (aka Johnny Rotten) of the Sex Pistols and PiL, and tried to meet him after the show with no luck. My all-time favorite punk band is the Clash. I read that Terry Chimes (original drummer) is now a chiropractor. I looked up his business and was hoping for a "contact us" or an e-mail address and couldn't find one. All it listed was a phone number and a mailing address. Has anyone tried writing to him c/o his business? I'm also looking for any ideas on an address for Topper Headon. I have read that he lives in Dover, but I can't find anything about any public appearances/performances or anything for him. Does anyone know an address or a way to reach him? Thankyou.

Also, if anyone knows how to contact/which bands are cool with meetings after the show, please let me know. And, again, thanks for any help.
