Well the lady at the post asked if I was gonna receive something back and I said yea so she put on 3 stamps on the envelope im supposed to receive back and I paid 5$ for those stamps

LOR is Letter Of Request for an autograph, U need brazil stamps to send back to USA since its coming from Brazil if you see my link my return envelop has brazil stamps. I just sent Pele $5 US dollars for return postage . My success was back in May 2013, hope this helps.
