ive been trying to get PLL autographs for 4 years now, its a really tough collection to get going, from experience I have had no success with the address you have sent to, i have tried so many different addresses it is unbelievable, I have seen a few successes from Shay from that address but personally have not had success with it. I would recommend your better option would be to send to the individual fanmail addresses listed on here for the cast, I know that the addresses for Ashley Benson, Keegan Allen and Ian Harding have worked for me, none of the others have but im still trying and trying out new addresses.
