A lot of players will wait until the end of the season to sign everything. Just be careful to keep an eye out for when they move up/down through the levels :) You can tweet a lot of them and see if/when they sign. I've had great luck with this.

The minors are a great way to get players TTM...most of them are still willing to sign at that level.
