I sent a request by email on 16th December 2014 and I also thought they may not send overseas (I live in the UK). However I received a signed and personalized 8x10 yesterday, very pleased!

The lady I talked to said that she thought they would send to Japan.. The owner of that email address was not around to ask any questions too.

Did you also include your mailing address in your email? Not sure if they would take the time to respond to your email, they might just put something in the mail for you... Might take awhile to get to you.. Dont give up hope...
