James Grant are useless with Fanmail unfortunately! I tried emailing them for a Keith Lemon autograph and they told me I'd be put on the waiting list. This was 3 years ago.
So I sent a physical SASE to their office, and had that returned with a note inside saying "we do not keep autographs in our office."
I finally managed to get an autograph from Keith by sending direct to the studio they film Celebrity Juice at! Not only did keith sign, but holly and fearne did too! I'd suggest you try there straight away and not even waste your time on James Grant tbh! You'd need to send while a series is currently being filmed though, like now, so i'd suggest sending asap if you plan to.
