i've sent michael palin a fan mail letter and today i checked the tracking number on the royal mail website and it says that it got to the delivery office on august 29th and is already being prepared to be sent to my country. nothing about his office getting my letter. i sent the letter to the address provided by this website.
can someone please help? does it mean he never got my letter?
