I sent a letter to him last year and received a PP back, i'm pretty sure that's all he sends out, so if you want a PP then I would just send a letter, if not then I wouldn't waste my time.

yeah Danny's probably right. It cant hurt to try though, just make sure you are willing to send a SASE
