I sent him in October and received a letter saying that "Due to the vast amount of mail that he now receives, he is unable to respond personally".

Here's the address on the envelope:

New Zealand

It's possible you might receive a signed - but not personalize - picture from Mr. Jackson. I did not receive a picture, just the letter.
