TTM stands for "Through The Mail". {up} loveryan is right, Sandra and Nicole do not sign..not even through Via Venue. I've heard they are quite lovely in person though!

You could also try searching for each of those celebrities in the database to see if anyone has posted feedback for them if you haven't checked already.
