all nfl teams do and so do baseball for spring training

I have received fan packs from teams all year round, guess it just depends on the team.

i sent a fan pack request to miami heat and they said they can't send any out right now because the season hasn't begun.

I sent a fan pack request to the Minnesota Timberwolves recently, I checked out other successes and all of them were sent and received during the season, so I'm wondering if anyone knows what the odds of getting one sent to me soon is?
