Here is a tip for you: Avoid to ask for an entire autograph set from the players, trainers and management, because then you ususally get only PP cards. Try to send photos to this and that player, trainer, management (would write only one or two letters every few weeks; it makes things easier to attach a stamped envelope - an international 20 g letter from Germany currently costs € 0,75 and a 50 g letter € 1,45), because then you might be successful to get genuine signatures. My last success was Karl-Heinz Rummenigge; he signed 3 photos for me.

Haven't tried any player for 2 or 3 years, though.
