Liverpool only send out autographs for te seriously Ill and other misfortunate people, they do send out preprinted autograph cards, which I personally wouldn't go for but if you live in the area you could get them then have players sign on match day.
I would try the smaller clubs, WBA, reading, Swansea, Norwich as you will have more chance as everyone wants a rooney or gerard auto. Manchester utd used to send out signed pictures if you asked them to but think that stopped.
Tbh english clubs aren't that good for autos ttm, if I was you is try rangers, autos of the full team from the year they got relegated to 3rd division they would be worth alot in the future when rangers get back to spl. Because fan demand decreases the further down the leagues they go.
My tip though is try the bundesliga for soccer autographs, I've got returns from bayen, schalke, werder Bremen and Stuttgart all by emailing the club asking for autographs and telling them I'm a big fan.
Good luck
