An autopen machine is a small desktop size machine, so he could very possible have one. And an autopen signature will look real because it's actually using the pen to sign the autograph. If you google search his signature you'll probably find something that exactly matches yours. Not trying to shoot your success down, just stating the fact that he hasn't sign TTM for some time.

Just because it's smudged, doesn't mean it's authentic. See what I said above about the autopen. I can't really offer anything about what you received. I guess we never really know unless we witness the signing for ourselves. You may very well have an authentic, or you may very well have one signed by the UPS man for his street.
