Back then Walter Payton charged for his autograph hard to say without seeing it. Barry sanders used a stamp. David Robinson did sign early in his career and sent out approx. 7x9 postcards. No idea about Kemp. Roger craig did sign ttm so did walker on occassion he also used a stamp as well. Never heard of jerry rice signing ttm authentically and Mattingly sent out 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 b&w photos with a laser signature signed in blue that could fool alot of novice collectors as being authentic.

This is an old one, I was collecting ttm back when I was younger and recieved several big stars signed cards back then. One that I've always wondered about being authentic is Walter Payton. I must have gotten back in 88/89 I think. Also got Barry Sanders, David Robinson, Shawn Kemp, Roger Craig, Jerry Rice, Herschel Walker, Don Mattingly and many others. Wondering if anyone knows if these guys signed ttm back in the day. Thanks.
