Yeah. and even when he did take them, he didn't do it intentionally someone else was slipping him steriods.

Yes, he does.

Bonds broke no rules, Bonds did not cheat. Steroids were not banned when he took them. Also taking steroids does not increase your hand/eye co-ordination, steroids or not, Bonds still had to hit the ball.
