Charity Question.

by PorcelainPixie » Sat Aug 09, 2014 7:50 pm

Hey all,
So I am new to collecting via fanmail. Usually I buy autographs from people having charity events. I work at McDonald's I am the McHappy Day Coordinator. Did it last year I raised a lot of money for the store using local businesses mainly Dance Schools (which is big in Australia.) Anyway my question is, when writing people for help with charity autographs, should I send a small simple letter or should I send the massive letter McDonald's provides us with for charity donations for auctions and raffles the stores hold. Perhaps both? A simple letter stapled to the RMHC letter for like proof?

Thanks
