More listed now, with more and more coming in each week.

Going great now, upto £1800 and a request from the local radio station to possibly use our cause as part of a radio programme. Should be some good publicity.

I have had many fantastic donations from the celebs, but the best seller by far has got to be a chair that was used in the outside broadcasts for the FA Cup football matches. This was signed by the presenters of BBC's Match of the Day and Football Focus, including Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer, Alan Hanson etc - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=006

Heartbeat were very good, they sent me a triple CD signed by the cast, and a set of PP signed cast photos. That went for £41.01 - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=006

David Tennant sent through 3 x signed postcards, which each went for between £23 & £39.

I have had a David Beckham Accademy tracksuit which went for £62

Hi!

Great sucesses, well done on reaching the £1000 mark! What has been your best selling item so far?

Ian (The Collector) would be the best person to ask for sending overseas, he has done that often.

The Ebay auctions at http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZhuntleyscouts have been going really well to date. We have already broken the £1000 mark, and have more to list when I find the time.

I want to step up the mark to possibly overseas celebs, but not entirely sure what's the best way. I live in the UK, and would prob start with US stars. Any idea of cost by airmail to send a standard letter inc SASE?

I have also heard people talking of IRC's. How much are they, and how many would you include - if any?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have just had another major item confirmed, I just need to arrange to get it collected and I will post that on here too.

Watch this space.

You are definately right! I have a MissionFish account set up for my auctions, and it is well worth it.

However, you still need to pay your listings fees in advance, but you will get them donated back to you. Unfortunately it can take several months before the charity gets the fees back from MissionFish . . :?

I think with all the info MissionFish/eBay request from you they could provide free listings, rather than expecting charities to stump the cash up-front!
