Hi Nammzi {up}

I understand what you mean {up}

But unless members post first in the Feedback forum, the "board at large" do not tend to benefit as unless a member is collecting for charity - they do not tend to pay much regard to the Charity Forum ;-)

Conversely, it is important that Charity Collectors can see which celebs are donating at the moment, and what they tend to donate. Unfortunately not all celebs will support charity collections as it of course involves signing without any personalisations, which rightfully scares some celebs. For sure, there are some collectors who will pretend to be charity collectors and then just sell their "winnings" on eBay, which makes the job of genuine charity collectors much, much harder.

I would therefore ask all successes to be posted in the Feedback Forum first, and a copy posted in the Charity Collectors forum if possible. However, James has kindly agreed to copy all charity posts over to Charity Collecting if somebody forgets ;-) :D

If the Charity forum were more busy, I would agree with you 100% that we should start making individual success threads. But since we are not overrun with posts in there I think at the present time it is OK for copies of successes to just appear amongst the standard charity posts :D

Cheers,
Ian :mrgreen:

Okay, sorry I didn't know that, but I still think that it is clogging up the Charity Forum board.

Ian's asked me to have a copy in both feedback, and in the charity forum. {thumb2}

On Posting Successes

I have noticed that people in this forum have been creating a topic saying "Success for my charity" or whatever, and then a while later creating a new thread in this same forum with more successes.

I think that if you are going to post your charity successes, then you should create one topic and whenever you recieve more successes simply add onto the first post in that topic, so's as not to clog up the message board.

Look at Ian's thread for an example of what I mean:

Good idea?
