This year is in Spain, it will be on November 7.
We tried to contact with the place but they didn´t answer us :(

Personally, sending fanmail to something like this is pretty pointless.
You'd probably have better luck going to the event and waiting outside to see if you can meet any of the artists/groups, etc attending. (Of course, if thats possible)
