Hey Selise, not sure if you have seen our "LEGALLY BLONDE 101" thread, which is basically all about the musical, but thanks for answering this question!
To my knowledge, Paper Mill does not give out the same Playbills you'd get possibly from a touring or Broadway show. I know the Walnut Street Theatre here in Philly does, but I don't believe Paper Mill does.
Bailey would also NOT have LEGALLY BLONDE playbills just laying around, or atleast I wouldn't think so (Patti LuPone up until Gypsy began in March had been sending Sweeney Todd Revival playbills since 2006 when it closed).
Either send your own playbill/showbill (if you intend on seeing HSM) or photo for her to sign.
Although I have tried, and others, and have gotten nothing from Hanks. That may have been because of all the hussle & flow of doing a Broadway show / large quanitities/etc.!
