Normally this is what I do.
Search for the performer on ticketmaster.com or similar site. If the performer has tickets for sale via ticketmaster, the dates and address will be posted. I will then cross reference this with the list of venues that do/dont pass on fanmail to performers under via venue feedback. Not all venues pass fanmail on, so make sure you cross reference, or you will just waste your time and stamps.
In this case, none of the Jerrys shows are listed on the venues that do/dont pass on fanmail. Which means, you have to just select one and try it. Let us know if you have a success, that way the list can be updated.

December 5-6
