here is the reply.
Dear (my name),
Thank you for your e-mail concerning The Wiltern Theatre.
We will pass on fanmail to our performers before/after their performance, most likely prior. But, keep in mind, once we pass the mail onto the performer, it is theirs to do whatever they wish with it. Some toss out the mail in our own dumpsters, some keep their mail.
