It's possible that Cher decided not to sign. Most venues keep their word and will do their best to pass on to either the artist/band themselves or a representative of them as long as it arrives in time for the event/concert.
I'd say give it a try, timeman! {up}

I sent to Cher 2 months ago and never did get it back but never got it signed. So...even though they said they passed on, did not get anything.

Question about The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas

I was wondering if the Colosseum at Caesarss Palace in Las Vegas would pass on fanmail. I hear Cher and Bette Midler will be performing there. I really would like to have their autographs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
